These terms, and the accompanying Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and a part of these terms, govern the use of the Vector website at https://www.vector.fun (the “Website”) and the associated tools, features, materials and services offered from time to time on the Website (collectively, the “Services”).
Vector Labs LLC, a Cayman Islands company, operates the Services. It and its affiliates are referred to in this document as the “Vector,” “we,” or “us.” Vector is making the Services available to you (the “User”). Before you use any part of the Services, however, you will need to agree to these Terms of Service and any terms and conditions incorporated herein by reference (collectively, these “Terms”). Vector may offer other products and services that are subject to separate terms.

BY USING ANY PART OF THE SERVICES, OR BY CONNECTING YOUR WALLET, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS.

The Services do not include third party websites or platforms which may be linked or interconnected to the Services. Such third party platforms are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which control for all transactions on such platforms. These third party platforms may include, but are not limited to third parties that display Vector data, such as aggregators, data portals and portfolio apps, as well as other integrators building on top of Vector’s API.
Vector is not responsible for any transactions on third party platforms and disclaims all liability for any transactions that occur outside of the Vector Services.
You acknowledge that Vector and its affiliates do not provide investment advice or a recommendation of securities or investments. You should always obtain independent investment and tax advice from your professional advisers before making any investment decisions.
You acknowledge that there may be features or tools offered within the Services that are not available for use in your location. In the event that a feature or tool is not available in your location, Vector shall provide notice to you within the Services. Any reference to, or advertisement of these features or tools are only directed to Users that have access to the relevant features and tools. If you are unsure whether a feature or tool is available within your location, please reach out to Vector support.
These terms include important provisions governing your use of the Services. These provisions affect such matters as your right to use the Services, actions you are prohibited from taking with respect to the Services, disclaimers regarding liability, and your waiver of the right to bring a suit in a court of law and to a jury trial. Before using the Services, make sure that you read and understand all of these terms and the accompanying privacy policy.
These terms include a number of especially important provisions that affect your rights and responsibilities, such as the disclaimers in Disclaimers, limits on Vector’s legal liability to you in Limits on Liability, your agreement to reimburse Vector for problems caused by your misuse of the Services in Your Responsibility, and an agreement about how to resolve disputes in Disputes.
Using the Services may require that you pay a fee to other users of the Services (such as merchants) or to Vector. Using the Services may also require that you pay a fee to parties other than users or Vector, such as gas charges on the blockchain to perform a transaction. You acknowledge and agree that Vector has no control over any such transactions, the method of payment of such transactions or any actual payments to complete such transactions. Accordingly, you must ensure that you have a sufficient balance of the applicable cryptocurrency tokens stored at your protocol-compatible wallet address to complete any transaction on the blockchain or Services before initiating such transaction.
While Vector offers a platform for cryptocurrency, it does not buy, sell or take custody or possession of any cryptocurrency. Vector does not act as an agent or custodian for any user of the Services. Each cryptocurrency that is listed for sale using the Services will be automatically deposited into a blockchain-based smart contract to ensure that the purported seller owns such cryptocurrency, and is released automatically upon completion of its sale through the relevant blockchain network.
If you elect to buy or sell any cryptocurrency using the Services, any transactions with which you engage will be conducted solely through the relevant blockchain network governing such cryptocurrency. You will be required to make or receive payments exclusively through the cryptocurrency wallet you have connected to the Services. We will have no information or control regarding such payments or transactions, nor do we have the ability to reverse any transactions. Vector disclaims all liability to you or to any third party for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transactions that you engage in via the Services.
Although the terms of sale for each cryptocurrency are displayed on the Services at the time of the transaction, all such terms are determined by the purchasers and sellers as the exclusive parties to any given transaction (the “Terms of Sale”), including but not limited to the price to be paid. Unless otherwise indicated, Vector is not a party to any such Terms of Sale.
Unless otherwise agreed upon by Vector, Vector is not responsible for ensuring compliance with any Terms of Sale or mediating or resolving any dispute with respect to such Terms of Sale, including, but not limited to, any disputes arising out of or related to the authenticity of an cryptocurrency or any intellectual property rights associated with a cryptocurrency. The purchaser and seller are entirely responsible for communicating, agreeing to, and enforcing any Terms of Sale, and for resolving any disputes arising from any breach of any Terms of Sale. Any party selling cryptocurrency using the Services is required to comply with and fulfill the Terms of Sale with respect to any cryptocurrency that it sells.
